Trend Tuesday!!! Tiered Stripes

This season stays inside the lines with vertical, horizontal, black & white, or bold stripes.  The 'it' pattern of the season is STRIPES.  Designers showed across the board from electric to bold to neutral to skinny stripes on the runways.

Roamans has all the 'it' stripes in their plus size assortment this season for all of your fashion needs.

SEASIDE STRIPES... will get you ready for a day at sea inspired by nautical flags and designs. Roamans has a striped seersucker bigshirt which can be paired with the anchor capris shown below, a seersucker striped dress can be worn with some great accessories or the our classic kate bighirt which comes in a multitude of stripes!

EASY TEES....for the fans of the striped tee. Shown below are Roamans' sequin heart stripe tee and the corsage neckline tee.

THE SKINNY....the all-over skinny pattern is a little bit of mod.  Shown below are Roamans' oversized striped top and striped hankie hem cardigan that both have the skinny stripe.

As you can see Roamans gave stripes a modern makeover as spring/summer embraces stripes on plus size dresses, sweaters, tees, and shirts.

Stripes can suit anybody and everybody.

  • Horizontal stripes- can flatter a boyish figure as they can add curves
  • Vertical or diagonal stripes- can elongate the body
  • Narrow stripes- flatter a petite figure
  • Full figure bodies can wear any combination stripes paired with a solid color block hitting the part of your body that you want to diguise

If you are not sure what stripe to wear, you can always layer it with a plus size cardigan or jacket over the top from Roamans.   These stripes can also make a bold enough statement on their own if you want to channel understated glamour. Trend Tuesday! Embellished Denim

Last season it seemed as though embellished everything was the trend.  This spring runways were filled embellished denim.  Ralph Lauren and Blue Notch had a combination of sequins and shiny fabric added to denim for a dressier look.  While other designers embellished their denim with studs.

Embellished denim is a hot spring and summer fashion trend that will carry over into the fall makeup fashion season. Roamans has so many  different plus size styles, trends and fits to choose from. Pick the style that fits you best and indulge in a pair of embellished denim jeans. At Roamans you can choose from studded capris, embroidered capris, embellished capris to embroidered jeans, studded jeans ...and many many more plus size embellished denim fashions!

Look for denim with sparkle, metal or dark studded embellishments at cuffs, belt loops or pocket for added appeal. Embellished denim is a great way to dress up a pair of jeans and give them a more decorative and stylish look.  Get yours today @Roamans!
